The organizers have the right to cancel the trip without giving any reason. In this case Full amount will be refunded.
In case due to some unforeseen circumstances if the trip is abandoned or cancelled during the trip then the amount already spend will not be refunded. Rest amount will be refunded.
In case if you cancel after booking then it is a sole discretion of the organizers to decide on the amount to be refunded based on the cost of cancellation.
Any lost of Personal belongings, Medical expenses and expenses spend by any other personal circumstances will be borne by the traveller.
